Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Supply Chain Management (SCM) and Finance modules. The candidate will be responsible for requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, user training, and end- to-end implementation/support of D365 Finance & Operations (F&O) solutions.
The ideal candidate should possess strong functional knowledge of business processes across finance, procurement, inventory, warehousing, production, and order management.
Preferred Qualifications
• Graduate in Science, Finance, Commerce or related field
• Experience in food and beverage, retail, or manufacturing is a required
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications preferred
• Knowledge of POS system, Power Platform, Power BI and other technology experience is an advantage
Nice to Have
• Experience with global rollouts
• Knowledge of localization/taxation processes
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Understanding of external integrations such as POS, Bank and other third party API

Responsibilities

• Key Responsibilities
• Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders
• Configure and implement D365 Finance & Supply Chain modules
• Conduct fit-gap analysis and recommend best practices
• Prepare / review functional design documents (FDDs)
• Collaborate with technical teams for customizations and integrations
• Perform system testing, UAT support, and issue resolution
• Conduct workshops, demos, and end-user training sessions
• Support data migration and deployment activities
• Provide post-go-live support and continuous improvement recommendations
• Work closely with vendor project managers and cross-functional teams
• Coordinate and collaborate with external vendors, implementation partners, and third-party service providers
• Manage stakeholder communication between business teams and technology partners
• Ensure timely delivery and quality of vendor/partner deliverables
